Accommodations.

Our Island Memories Site includes:

• Complimentary Homemade Wine from Island Memories to the Bride and Groom
• Seven Arbors for pictures (Roses or flowering Vines)
• Lighting, strings of white lights, Tiki Torches, Solar lighting
• A guest cottage for the gentlemen bridal party
• A private suite for the bride and her party
• Extensive Flower garden for strolling or taking pictures
• Fresh cut bouquets of flowers from the Island Memories garden for the wedding

Optional:

• Host and Hostess may serve as your personal wedding planner/coordinator to assist with table rentals and other personal details for an additional $500.

Rates.

All receptions and events require a minimum 3-day fee of $1200-$1500 depending on the number of guests attending. This will allow time for your personal set up, catering, and miscellaneous arrangements to be made.

Up to 70 guests ... $1200
Up to 100 guests ... $1500
Up to 130 guests ... $1800
Up to 150 guests ... $2000

Reservations are secured with a non-refundable deposit of $500. Full payment is required 30 days prior to the event.

The wedding party may use our home and cottage for dressing, showering, bathrooms, and privacy. Caterers may also access the facilities to prepare and house food items.

All other guests will have access to all out of door facilities provided by Island Memories.

Parking is limited on our property. We will provide Parking Passes to accommodate a maximum of 20 vehicles. We encourage the use of Island Transit and car-pooling to accommodate other guests. Island Memories will provide valet parking for those guests with Island Memories Parking Passes.

We have several secure staging areas available to accommodate your catering needs (freezer, refrigerator, flowers, linens, other rental items)

We want to host your special events and offer a setting with beautiful flowers gardens, large pond, gazebo, and plenty of room for conversation and recreation. Additional unique requests will be respectfully considered. We truly would like an opportunity to facilitate your very special and memorable event.
